2.  True Detective: Night Country

All the researcher's bodies were found frozen in snow. The only clue in the case is a spiral tattoo on the dead bodies that match the graffiti in an abandoned building.

The character of Sam Spade wins audiences' hearts in cinema, with several famous actors portraying the detective, namely Ricardo Cortez, Humphrey Bogart, Edward G. Robinson, Howard Duff, Steve Dunne, Mike O'Malley, Tom Wilkinson, and Michael Madsen. Bogart's portrayal of the famous fictional detective in the 1941 film adaptation remains iconic. This is the first television series of Monsieur Spade featuring Hammett's famous detective.
